First 10 customers get launch pricing
The Core Install: one website, four systems, all connected.
Most local businesses lose customers in the gaps: a call nobody picked up, a visitor with a question at 9 p.m., a happy customer nobody asked for a review. This closes those gaps.
01
A rebuilt website
We rebuild your site on WordPress: fast on phones, clear about what you do and where, and built to turn visitors into calls. You own it.
02
A CRM you’ll actually use
Every call, text and form lands in one place on your phone, so you can see who to call back and where each job stands. New form leads get an instant reply, and booked appointments get automatic reminders. We set it up and load your customers.
03
Missed-call text-back
Busy with a customer and can’t pick up? The caller gets a text right away, so they talk to you instead of calling the next business on Google.
04
A website that talks back
Visitors can type or speak to an AI assistant trained on your services, hours and service area. It answers questions and captures the lead, day or night.
05
Automated Google review requests
Finish the job or visit, tap once, and your customer gets a text with your Google review link. No one has to remember to ask.
Sample screens to show how each part works. Your wording, your business name.

Questions, answered.
Your phone number
I already have a business number. Can I keep it?
Yes. Your customers keep calling the number they already know. There are two ways to do it, and we’ll help you pick:
Move it over (our usual recommendation). We transfer your number to the system. Same number, but calls and texts all run through one place, and text-backs come from the number customers called. It often takes a few weeks, and your phone keeps working on your current carrier until the move is finished.
Keep it where it is and forward it. Your number stays with your current carrier, and calls you don’t answer forward to a new number in the system. It’s the fastest option, most carriers support it, and it works well if your business line is also your personal cell. The catch: text-backs come from the new number, not the one they dialed.
How much does the phone number cost?
A US business number is $1 a month, billed at cost. On top of that, phone carriers require a texting registration: $4.50 for your brand and $15 for the campaign review, once, then from $1.50 a month per campaign. We handle the paperwork. These are current rates and can change.
If you move your current number over, your carrier may have its own fees. We’ll check before we start.
What if I don’t have a business number, or only use my cell?
We’ll set you up with a new local number that rings your cell, so you never have to carry a second phone. You can put the new number on your website and Google profile and keep your personal number private.
Why is there a texting registration?
US carriers require businesses to register before sending automated texts (it’s called A2P 10DLC). It cuts down on spam and keeps your texts from being blocked. Approval is out of our hands and can take from a few days to a few weeks, so we start it first.
The Core Install
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Choose Systems Only, and we install the CRM, text-back and review requests, then add the chat and voice assistant to your current site. Most website builders allow this. We’ll check yours first.
What’s the difference between Core and Premium?
Core gets you a clean, fast website of up to 5 pages. Premium is up to 10 pages, with separate pages for your main services and towns, so you have more ways to show up in search. It also adds a custom design with animation, copy we write for you, 3 launch blog posts and full Google Business Profile optimization.
What happens to my current website?
It stays live while we build the new one. We rebuild it on WordPress, keeping the design and look you like or refreshing it, and switch only after you approve it. You own the website, domain and hosting, so you can always leave with everything.
Does it matter where my website is hosted?
No. Whether you’re on Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, WordPress or something else, we can rebuild it based on its current design and look, as a new WordPress site you own and can edit yourself.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
We work to protect them. Before the switch, we list every page on your old site and redirect each one to its new home, so links and search listings keep working. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, but this is the step that prevents the most common losses.
What exactly is a talking website? Will it say something wrong?
It’s an AI assistant on your website that visitors can type or speak to. Think of it as an AI chatbot for your small business website, with voice added. We train it only on information you approve: services, hours, service area and common questions. It says it’s an AI assistant, and when it doesn’t know something it takes the visitor’s details for you instead of guessing. No AI is perfect, so you can read the conversations and we adjust it when needed.
It lives on your website. It doesn’t answer your phone line in the Core Install.
How do review requests work?
When you mark a job complete, your customer gets a text with your Google review link. Every customer gets asked, not only the ones we expect to be happy, because that’s what Google’s rules call for. Customers need to have agreed to get texts from you, and we set up your forms to collect that.
Do I have to learn new software?
Barely. We do the setup. Day to day, you use a phone app to see leads, reply to messages and mark jobs complete, and we’ll walk you through it.
Does anything go out to customers without my OK?
You approve all the wording before launch. After that, routine messages go out automatically, since a text-back that waits for approval wouldn’t be much use. You can change or turn off any of them.
Do you work with medical, dental or mental health practices?
Not yet. Practices that bill health insurance or keep patient records may have to follow HIPAA, and we aren’t set up for that today. Holistic and wellness businesses that don’t, like holistic therapists, reiki practitioners, day spas and yoga studios, are a good fit.
What is missed-call text-back?
It’s an automatic text that goes out when a call to your business goes unanswered. The caller gets a reply right away and can tell you what they need, and the conversation lands in your CRM so you can pick it up when you’re free. It’s part of every plan, and it’s especially useful for contractors, plumbers and other trades who can’t answer from a job site.
Is this a CRM for contractors and home service businesses?
Yes. Home services are who we build it for first: contractors, HVAC companies, plumbers, roofers, landscapers and other trades. We set the CRM up around how your jobs move, from new lead to quote to won job to review request, and we load your customers. It works the same way for other local businesses that run on calls and appointments.
Do you offer web design in High Point, Greensboro and Winston-Salem?
Yes. We’re based in High Point and build small business websites on WordPress for local businesses across Greensboro, Winston-Salem and the Piedmont Triad, plus local businesses nationwide. Our website plans come with the CRM and lead systems behind them, and you own the site. For an example of our website work, see Burton Concrete Company, a High Point contractor.
How long does the install take?
Most installs take 1 to 2 weeks, and more complex ones can take longer. The texting registration and any number transfer depend on the carriers, so those can add time. Your current website and phone keep working the whole way through.
Pricing and terms
What does “usage billed at cost” mean?
Texts, calls and AI conversations have small per-use charges. We pass those through with no markup. These are current rates as of November 2026. They can change, and we’ll show you the latest before you sign.
| US text message | $0.008 each |
| US picture message | $0.02 each |
| US calls | $0.01155 a minute in, $0.0116 out |
| Call recording | $0.0025 a minute |
| Call transcription | $0.0092 a minute |
| $0.00675 each | |
| $0.005 a message | |
| AI voice | $0.039 a minute, plus $0.01 to $0.06 a minute for the voice, plus the AI model |
| AI chat | $0.001 a message, plus the AI model |
| AI images, video and audio | $0.25 a credit |
As an example, 300 texts and 200 call minutes would come to about $5, plus your number and registration fee. AI voice at default settings runs about 6 cents a minute, so 200 minutes is about $12. A premium voice or AI model costs more.
Why is this priced lower for the first 10 customers?
We’re a new agency, and we’d rather earn our first 10 customers with real results than advertise promises. You get a lower price and direct attention. We get honest feedback and, if you’re happy, permission to share your results. The count on this page is the real number of spots left.
How much does a small business website and CRM cost?
During launch pricing, a website of up to 5 pages with the full CRM and lead system is $1,000 one-time. A larger website of up to 10 pages, with separate service and town pages, is $1,500. If you keep your current website, the CRM and systems are $750. Each plan then runs $147 a month for the first 5 customers and $197 a month for the next 5, with texting, calls and AI usage billed at cost.
Will my monthly price go up later?
The first 5 customers pay $147 a month and the next 5 pay $197. After that, new customers pay $299 a month.
Is there a contract? What if I cancel?
No long-term contract. You pay 50% of the setup fee to start and the rest at launch. After that it’s month to month, and you can cancel anytime. If you ever leave, the website, domain and hosting are yours to keep. We’ll also help you move your phone number out.
What’s in the free audit?
We look at your website and Google profile: can people find you, do they trust you, does your site work on a phone, and can they reach you easily. You get a short report with the fixes that matter most, and you keep it whether or not you buy anything.
Claim a founding spot, or start with a free audit.
Send us your website. We’ll review it, along with your Google profile, and set up a free 20-minute call. No obligation.
